Lucy Siegle is a journalist, broadcaster and expert on climate and nature issues. She was the first dedicated eco columnist to be appointed to a national newspaper in the UK; her Ethical Living column ran in The Observer for over a decade. On TV she is known for reporting on every aspect of the planet for BBC1’s The One Show and giving clear actionable advice on living with a lighter footprint. Her previous books include, Turning the Tide on Plastic and To Die For. The latter was turned into hit Netflix documentary The True Cost (she is co-executive producer with Livia Firth). She is a trustee for the environmental NGO, Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) and also co-hosts a podcast So Hot Right Now all about storytelling the climate crisis.
