Katherine Harvey is a specialist in medieval and early modern history. She holds a PhD in History from King’s College London and is currently an Honorary Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a tutor at the Open University. Alongside her academic research, she is an experienced public historian whose work has appeared in BBC History Magazine, History Today, Public Domain Review, Aeon and The Atlantic. She is also a regular reviewer for The Times and the Sunday Times.
